/ FULLY AUTOMATIC PET STRETCH BLOW MOULDING MACHINE
The fully automatic PET Stretch Blow Moulding Machine
is suitable for high production of small Pharma bottles, jars of various
sizes and bottles of various neck dimension and capacity. Fully-automatic
perform loader is used to reduce manpower and ensure fastest and fault-free
production. Unique bottle Auto Loader Clipper is used for online transfer
to conveyor for online filling system. International quality InfraRed
heaters are used for uniform, quick and constant heating of performs.
Data lock function is provided to prevent unauthorized access and
mistaken amendments.
The production capacity of the machine is 1400 to 1600 bottles per
one litre per hour up to 30 mm neck size and up to 5 litre capacity
bottle. Bigger capacities are available on request.
The semi-automatic PET Stretch Blowing machines are also available

AUTOMATIC CARBONATOR
Carbonator is provided as a mixing chamber for Carbon Dioxide gas
with water. A special design of the system provides higher CO2 absorption.
Certain conditions are maintained for mixing purpose. The tank has
one bottom inlet connection for Carbon Dioxide gas and one top inlet
connection for treated water. We have different models of the machine
depending up on different capacities.
CHILLING
PLANT
EPIPL chilling plant are packed type and are carefully designed for
optimum performance, long life and easy serviceability. The scientifically
designed cooling system is combined with high efficiency condenser,
chiller, compressor, etc. for high efficiency cooling. Plants are
available for different flow rates having a temperature range from
5'C to 15'C.
